  • New Bandwidth Allocation Policies Effective July 1, 2010
    The new Bandwidth Allocation Policy for Internet and WAN\LAN circuits, funded by the state via appropriations and E-Rate funding, will become effective July 1, 2010.   • FCC Notice of Proposed Rulemaking
    The FCC released an E-Rate NPRM on May 20, 2010. This document can be viewed by visiting the FCC eDocuments Web page or by viewing the following Word document.

  • Technology Plan and CIPA Form 479 Status
    The status of all Technology Plans and CIPA Form 479 documents can be reviewed by visiting the following S.C. Department of Education Web site link. Information regarding the status of these documents as they pertain to the 2010-11 school year will be posted during May 2010.
